Stroke Prevention Screens

The screen consists of a stroke risk appraisal, blood pressure and pulse checks, a fingerstick total cholesterol, a 3-lead EKG for heart beat regularity and carotid ultrasounds. Trimark Vascular Surgeon Dr. Michael Willerth provides interpretation of the carotid ultrasound procedure. The cost of the screen is $30.

The screens are offered on a monthly basis. The screenings are held at the Trinity Regional Medical Center, in Fort Dodge, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
