Program/Service Notes:
This program will provide morning assistance in the homes of special needs or at risk children so they can be ready for school. During the four week program, a home care aide will provide a total of eleven one-hour visits. The home care aide would assist the family in developing a morning schedule based on the family's needs. The schedule may include personal hygiene (bathing, brushing teeth, grooming hair), nutrition, preparing supplies for school, and arriving at school on time.
