Provides funding for prescribed medication to children (up to age 21) who have an urgent need for medication and limited financial resources. Qualifications for PFK Program: 1. Urgent need 2. Signed prescription by physician 3. Lack of immediate financial resources 4. One month supply of medicine or up to $150 maximum per child per year
