Program/Service Notes:
Offers affordable rental property to very-low, low, and moderate income households. Many apartments specifically built for elderly, handicapped, or disabled households. Also, family units available. Rent varies based on ability to pay as determined by annual adjusted income. Rent assistance is available. Income is verified each year. Note: Elderly household defined as any member 62 years of age or older or handicap or disabled. Family household defined as any age member able to enter into a legal contract.
