502 Rural Housing Program: Financing to help households who are not eligible for conventional financing, to purchase new or existing dwellings for use as a primary residence in rural communities. 504 Repair Program: Assistance owner/occupants in rural communities to repair their dwelling to make them safe and remove hazards to the health of families or communities. Loans are available at 1% interest rate. Grants are available to applicants 62 years of age or older to remove health/safety hazards.
