Program License: Medicare certified, JCAHO Accredited Trinity Regional Medical Center's Home Health Care Services offers care in the home for individuals of all ages. For many people, home care is the ideal setting for treatment of illness or injury. In the relaxed atmosphere and familiar surroundings of home our staff has the technical skills and hospital resources to promote, maintain or restore health. Home care is administered under the supervision of your physician. A registered nurse will visit you, assess and evaluate your home care needs and work with you to develop a plan individually tailored for you. Home Health Care serves any individual or family residing permanently or temporarily within a 50 mile radius of Fort Dodge. Additional services offered through Home Car includes: Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Home Care Aides to assist with personal cares, and Social work. Patients are accepted for care without discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, age, sexual orientation, handicap, communicable disease, or place of national origin.
