Program/Service Notes:
Provide community education on cardiac (heart) disease to include, but not limited to, General Heart Care, Women and Heart Disease, Cardiac Risk Factors, Sign and Symptoms of Heart Disease, Cholesterol Education, Heart Attack, Exercise, Stress Management, Lipid Profiles, Treatment and Diagnosis of Heart Disease. Provide community education on pulmonary (lung) disease to include, but not limited to, Asthma, Emphysema, Respiratory Symptom "Triggers", Agricultural Hazards, Signs and Symptoms of Lung Disease, and Smoking, Asthma in Children. TCVL - provides diagnostic studies for heart and vascular systems. Includes, but not limited to: Cardiac Stress Testing, echo ultrasounds, vascular ultrasounds, carotid ultrasound, EKG's, holter monitors and cardiac event monitors.
