The Life Enrichment Adult Program (LEAP) is an active partnership with consumers, empowering them to make choices and receive services that enable them to optimize their personal and social lives. LEAP focuses on community participation, thus allowing consumers the opportunity for many community life experiences. LEAP services include but are not limited to development of living skills, domestic skills and personal care skills, communication enhancements, heath, wellness and medication skill development, cultural activities, community integration activities, behavior management, self-advocacy skill development, mobility development, and development of computer usage skills. MISSION STATEMENT: To facilitate partnerships with consumers to be successful and satisfied while learning, living, working, and socializing in the environments of their choice. Northwoods Living is a United Way agency partner.
