Northwoods Products & Services provides work skills training to adults with substantial disabilities through meaningful, productive work. Each individual's strengths and needs are assessed and goals are developed to assist them in improving work-related skills, commitment and self-confidence Work skills may include task completion, problem solving, attending to task completion, compliance, motor skills, safety or attendance. Social, self-help, behavioral, communication and/or academic skills are also worked on throughout the day. MISSION STATEMENT: To facilitate partnerships with consumers to be successful and satisfied while learning, living, working, and socializing in the environments of their choice.
