Minority Outreach Program provides crisis counseling, individual counseling, advocacy and support for victims of personal crime in Calhoun, Humboldt, Hamilton, Pocahontas, Webster and Wright counties regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical or mental disabilities, along with facilitating presentations and training to enhance cultural awareness in communities and organizations.
