Program/Service Notes:
Children may sign up in the Children's Department beginning in early June and may continue to do so throughout the summer. The program promotes reading and encourages children to become good library users. Children who participate are given a log to record library visits and the library books they read or have read to them. When they complete the log each child receives a prize. This is a program done at home with the parent helping if necessary.
