Program/Service Notes:
Health screening clinic to people age 60 and older one time each month in various sites throughout Webster County. The screening consists of a general assessment to include, blood tests of total cholesterol, glucose, hemoglobin and urinalysis. Each client will have social history and individual teaching. Appropriate referrals are made to physician to address abnormal findings.
