Benefits checkup is a computerized program that analyzes a person's health and financial information to identify public and private programs that they might be eligible for. A personalized report is generated which lists possible assistance programs and the locations where one ca apply locally for benefits The report also tells what documents a person will need to present in order to file and application for a benefit program(s).
