Program/Service Notes:
Program provides quality rural rehabilitation services to farm family members affected by permanent disabling accident or injury. Services include: agricultural worksite modification consultation, coordination of community and health care services, rural independent living services, peer support network, alternative agricultural explorations, and information and referral. The program has a mobile rural assistive technology unit which can construct needed assistive technologies on-site.
