Program/Service Notes:
This is a warm-water recreational program where gentle range-of-motion exercises are done under the guidance of trained leaders. The warmth and buoyancy of water can help decrease pain and/or stiffness and help improve or maintain joint flexibility. Leaders encourage a friendly and supportive atmosphere while stressing the social benefits of exercising in a group. Local classes available.
