Iowa Central offers: *Affordable tuition *Numerous scholarships and financial aid opportunities *Distance learning *Advanced technology *Community activities *Business and industry advisory boards for up-to-date training and technology Academic programs: The Associate of Arts degree enables you to transfer your credits to a four-year school. The Associate of Applied Sciences degree prepares you to enter the workforce in a specialized field like nursing, telecommunications, broadcasting and much more. The Associate of Science degree in career option programs enables you to either transfer to a four-year college OR enter the workforce. Certificates and diplomas are awarded to programs of less than two years in length. These programs prepare you to enter the workforce in a specialized field like carpentry, drafting, medical assisting and practical nursing that take one year to complete.
