HOURS: Downtown: Winter (Oct-April) M-F 5AM-9:30PM, SAT 7AM-5 PM, SUN 12PM -5PM Summer (May-Sept) M-F 5AM - 8:30 PM, SAT 7AM - 5PM, SUN CLOSED HOURS: Iowa Central Location: M-TH 5AM - 9:30PM, FRI 5AM - 8PM, SAT 8AM-2PM, SUN 8AM-10AM & 3PM-7PM Numerous group exercise classes are offered at various times and days. The classes include Hi/Lo Impact Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Body Toning, Walk Aerobics, Live Y'ers, Abdominal/Low Back, Aerobox, Upper Class, and Strength Training.
