The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge offers a full range of medical care from newborn through geriatric. We are able to offer reduced cost prescription drugs through our in-house pharmacy available for CHCFD patients only. Women's Health Services and Behavioral care for adolescents and adults are available. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. Patients without insurance, high deductibles or co-payments may qualify for a discount based on household size an income. You must apply for the discount. When calling for your first appointment schedule a financial aid appointment.
