Oversees operations for multiple county-based ambulance services. Works as liaison between ambulance directors, ambulance services, hospitals, Iowa EMS Association, dispatch center, media and the physician medical directors to ensure communication and implementation of uniform protocols. Responsible for fiscal management and accountability of grant funds. Performs quality improvement activities.
