Enhances quality of life for terminally ill individuals and their families, providing physical, emotional and spiritual support before, during and following death. Services include: nursing, home care aide, physician, volunteer, counseling, bereavement, homemaker, spiritual guidance, nutritional, medical social services, pharmaceuticals, equipment & supplies, short term in-patient care, and respite.
