Extend-A-Care is a telephone service outreach program that is available to all elderly or handicapped people in Gowrie and its' surrounding communities. The goal of the outreach program is to address the communities home-bound residents in keeping in contact with an outside source that might not daily be readily available to them by initiating a daily telephone call to the facility at a designated time.
