Greenleaf Health Care is licensed for 93 beds and offers three levels of care; residential, nursing facility (intermediate) and skilled (medicare) level of care. Greenleaf Health Care is known in the community for their exceptional and high quality of care with the mentally ill and elderly. A licensed nurse is on duty 24 hours a day to assist in the medical needs of Greenleaf residents. Professional rehabilitation services are available on site to residents that are in need of therapy services. In addition to health care needs, Greenleaf offers a beauty/barber shop, laundry, van services and high active and comprehensive activity programs for all levels of care. Greenleaf was established in 1939 and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood located in Fort Dodge, Iowa. When you enter Greenleaf it is apparent you have entered the home of individuals who are favored with compassionate living experience. You will find the home cozy and inviting with highly qualified professional staff.
