Addition to Outpatient program for any person with Type 1, Type 2 or gestional diabetes. Self management skills are taught utilizing the team approach. The team is made up of a nurse educator and dietitian. Dr. Micheal Lee is the medical director. "Dialog on Diabetes" meets in Conference Room #3 each quarter at Trinity Regional Medical Center.
