Program/Service Notes:
The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program provides suport to individuals diagnosed with mental retardation. There are six HCBS homes throughout Fort Dodge. There are between 3 and 5 individuals living in each home. Support is provided in the areas of activities of daily living, community integration, socialization, transportation, money management, and medication management.
