Family Unity is model of facilitation in which families gather to address concerns, whether it be the safety of children or to keep children in the home. The family devises a plan that addresses their concerns. It is then up to the members of the family to follow through. This program empowers families to make their own decisions and to rely on the strengths of all of its members to carry out the plan.
