American Cancer Society Navigators provide free, confidential assistance to cancer patients and those who care for them. Some services provided include the following: Cancer information, referral to ACS programs and services, referral to community resources and services, support through the cancer journey, referrals for financial assistance, transportation assistance for treatment appointments, lodging assistance for treatment appointments, home medical equipment. ACS Navigators can be accessed during business hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday by calling 1.800.ACS.2345. American Cancer Society Cancer Information Specialists can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by calling 1.800.ACS.2345. They can provide all of the above services as well, but can also connect patients and caregivers with their local ACS Navigator.
