Program/Service Notes:
The STARS Program provides 24 hour residential substance abuse services, as well as outpatient services, Monday through Friday, to adolescents ages 12-18 years of age. Counselors are available 24 hours for emergency placement. STARS provides on-site urine screening with results, as well as assessments.
