Parents are invited to sign a pledge to
support the Fort Dodge Safe Home Program
SAFE HOMES is a parent pledge program designed to
help create a safe environment for children.
Families that pledge to be a safe home will help:
-
Raise awareness about alcohol and other drug and substance abuse among young people.
-
Encourage other parents to join together in addressing the problem.
Safe Homes Offer Parents/Guardians:
 |
The peace of mind knowing that your youth and their friends can socialize in a safe environment. |
 |
The satisfaction of doing something about adolescent drug and alcohol abuse. |
 |
A source of parent to parent support for parents. |
 |
An effective method of helping to prevent substance abuse before it starts. |
Rather than worrying alone,
parents can unite to do something
positive and proactive
